A nice steak or sea food restaurant. The type of place that does not have buzzer to tell you when the table is ready. Soft lit, maybe some nice jazz playing. A place that you can put on that little black dress that you look so damn good in now and get too show off you.0

Spend your lunch hour exercising to increase your allowance!!0

our valentines will be the 13th. we are off 13 and 12. have to work 14th... so we go one day early, no crowded places
railroader, i been there a lot, its not that i dont like it, but i just dont like the way their food tastes that much.... so if i have a "cheat day" then i want something special0 -

If you have a cheat day then it doesnt matter where you go, just enjoy the day. :happy:0 -

well its not a cheat day, i still want to reach my daily goal... but with the food i really like. you know, if i want mcDonalds burger so bad, then we go, but i only get water and veggies the rest of the day. that kind of thing.0 -
For special meals out I just limit my intake to sampling level of the following foods; bread, fried food, oily food, and extra sugary treats. I do enjoy more vegetables and meat that are seared, or grilled, or boiled, or very little oil added.0

I plan to up my exercise so I can cheat... Also, I would go somewhere I really like and force myself to eat only half if the portions are too big and take the rest home for the next day...
Whatever you decide... Make it awesome!0 -
I like to go places where you can get a tasting menu, so like 5 or 6 courses but they're on itty bitty plates so I don't feel like I'm eating much. Sure, it's full of fat and lovely deliciousness but.. but.. the plates are tiny! And then I just weigh the next day, shrug, and soldier on.0

I plan to keep my calories low during the day..lots of veggies and fruit.. excercise to increase my allowance then eat whatever I want and enjoy the night....:)... seafood is always a good option...:)0
