    Tricep dips

    Standing tricep extension

    laying tricep extesion

    tricep pushs

    ..............

    Bicep 21's

    push ups

    biceps curls

    google them

just fyi ... you can not determine where you lose weight. But if you begin to tone with exercise you will have at least toned the muscle after the fat is gone.

Strangely enough, the same ones that work for men *SARCASM*

Seriously there is no difference between what works for men and for women to work a particular muscle group. Curls and their many variations will isolate the biceps the easiest. Search for Bicep Curls on google and you'll find lots of options. Choose a few that feel the most comfortable to you. They can be done on machines, cable stacks, barbells and dumbells. There are also ways to vary push-ups and pull-ups to target your biceps as well.

For triceps the infamous tricep pulldown on a cable machine is very common. Tricep Kick-backs are another good one. There are also plenty of machine options that focus on triceps to. The key with both biceps and triceps is to keep your upper arm and shoulder stationary. Make sure all the movement occurs at your elbow only. This will ensure you're isolating the correct muscle group.
