Looking for friends to join me on The Engine 2 diet

Hi, I have already made a life style change and am eating for my health. My journey began when my doctor reported I had high cholesterol (some of it is due to genetics). I have decided to take the Engine 2 28 day challenge. It is basically eating vegan for 28 days. It is said to lower cholesterol. I am starting September 4th.

I don't plan to be a Vegan full-time after the 28 days but hope to eat vegan 75% of the time. If you are interested friend me and cheer me on. It is going to be a challenge for sure.
