I've done 30DS, Ripped in 30, Shed and Shred, Shred with Weights and I am currently doing her Body Revolution. I love to hate her. But she gets my butt moving0

I love Jillian Michaels as well! In January I completed her 30 Day Shred.. now I am doing 6 week 6 Pack incorporated with C25K... I have Ripped in 30 to do as well... Also have her Yoga Meltdown and some of the Biggest Loser workouts that she is in as well!! She rocks!!! Feel free to add me.. we can get ripped together!!0

I actually just came home from purchasing her new book Slim for life & 30 day shred. I'm a little afraid of the 30ds, I'm a beginner with quite a bit to lose so I'm hoping I can do it. wish me luck!0

Im day 6 of the shred, and going too start the 6 weeks to a 6 pack too. Her intensity is awesome! I also have her book, "Making the Cut" find out how your body metabolises food , then grocery lists, recipies are laid out for you. Some great work out moves in that as well.0

I'm very new to MyFitnessPal, day 2 in fact, but I'm a Jillian fanatic and what I can't figure out is how to calculate the calories burned and which exercises to pick to figure my calories burned. I am doing her Body Revolution program now and absolutely love it!! Next up, a few more of her DVD's, then Insanity - Oh boy!

I have done 30DS. I am now starting ripped in 30, am up to day 3 level 1.
I am going to rotate this with 6w6p, killer bums & thighs, plus I will add in on occasion kickbox fast fix or banish fat boost metabolism and yoga meltdown.
No more trouble zones is also good but as I am now doing ripped in 30 I have decided to leave this aside for the time being.0 -
I love her always have. I am currently doing Extreme shed and shred level one, mixed in with shed it weights and the treadmill at the gym. I get so upset when I miss a day..like today because my son had me up all night (he is sick) and I can barely keep my eyes open...yet I can't go to sleep till his fever breaks.sigh..0

I'm currently on day 11 (stage 2) of 30DS and day 7 of 6 weeks to a 6 pack. Loving the workouts and so far I've dropped 4 1/2 lbs but don't seem to have lost any inches yet and I measure a lot of places! Losing pounds is great though and I'm feeling stronger so JM gets the thumbs up from me.0

LMAO !!!! so true holy craaap I was sweating so hard at the end of BSBM, face was like a tomato. I remeber in , circuit 2 I think, she goes " we are not even close to halfway through this" and I was like OMG are you serious ???
Ha now I feel like doing this now. It is a fun and intense workout !0 -
I'm a bigger fan of her circuit training than I thought I would be. Finished day 15 of 30DS today (D5L2) and am thinking about Ripped in 30 next.0

I have a love-hate relationship with Jillian, lol. I am on Day 11 of 30DS and I'm kinda loving it! I really want to do Body Revolution and Ripped in 30 also! :-)

Love her too, in fact, one of her dvd's is constantly in the machine and when the kids went to put a film on the other day, I shrieked across the room "be careful of Jillian!!" as they took the DVD out! I do the shred during the week and have been known to dabble in NMTZ at the weekend.0

We call her Killian and her Goons, LOL. She has great workout DVD's and I have only tried the 30DS. I'm certain you will find much advice here regarding your question. Good luck with your workouts.:flowerforyou:0

Doing JM Body Revolution and it's freaking awesome, I've never felt so strong in my life, even though I was formerly a competitive rower! I sometimes substitute running or another workout for the "Cardio" days just to mix it up a bit or get an extra burn. Haven't lost a ton of weight but feel amazingly strong and toned, especially in my arms/back.0

I have used the 30 Day Shred and like her, I need someone who isn't cheesy telling me to kick it into high gear. Even when I'm not doing her video, I use a lot of her exercises in my own routines.0

I love her!!! I lost 25 lbs of extra baby weight and got back into my pre-pregnancy jeans with 30 day shred & ripped in 30. Now I am doing Body Revolution to lose my last 10 lbs and i love it!0

I love Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism! I alternate it with No More Trouble Zones since one is mostly (vigorous) cardio and the other is mostly strength. Love her, but after the millionth time hearing her push me, I've started muting the video and playing my own music through Pandora...it's actually pretty fun.0
