Ughh got a terrible craving for ice cream tonight :(

    then eat it. there is no point depriving yourself. just make sure its a one off thing and your portion is under your calorie goal :)

    Greek yogurt with a tablespoon of cocoa powder and possibly some sweetener (i don't use it..but some do)...mix together, place in freezer for 45-60 minutes....enjoy! I use vanilla greek yogurt....or strawberry! YUMMY

    I like Edy's no sugar added ice cream with 1/2 a serving of chocolate syrup...yum.

    Thanks for that idea! I'm not a big sweets eater but I'd much rather eat something like that when I do have a craving.

    I used greek yogurt and hot chocolate mix,lol... i didn't have just cocoa but it tasted great! Thanks for the idea!

    skinny cow ice cream sandwiches (130 calories)

    weight watchers triple divine chocolate ice cream bars (110 calories)

    Those are the best "rich" ice creams that won't ruin your calories for the day IMO.

    Edy's French Vanilla, slow churned ice cream & Friendly's Butter Crunch are the best ice cream flavors out there for me. I treat myself to them every now and again. :tongue:
