started tracking today

oh my I started tracking my calories today, pretty neat feature and I see where I have gone wrong. Defnitely eating too much, you see this when you track. I was trying to keep up with points with weight watchers.

Anyway I lost 40 lbs 2 years ago, I have put back on 10 lbs, dont want to keep going in that direction, need to turn this around, hope tracking will help. It did make me aware.

  • Yes, tracking will make your eyeballs pop out of your head! ;) A few weeks ago I logged that I consumed over 3000 calories in one day. I was shocked by the number, but oddly enough I wasn't shocked as the food was going in my mouth. Here's to tracking! :)
