how often do you weigh in?

I was just curious how often everyone weighs in? I only weigh in on fridays and sometimes the anticipation drives me insane!! LOL

    I weigh in on Saturday every week at the same time in the morning

    I used to weigh myself every morning, but not seeing results each day got discouraging. I now weigh myself only on Mondays. Keeps things real.

    I usually weigh in on Friday in the morning but I sometimes weight myself randomly throughout the week. However if I do weight myself during the week, I don't input it into MFP in case it fluctuates.
  • I weigh in first thing every morning with the "official" weigh in being every Friday.

    Some people might be discouraged from the lack of daily results, but I like seeing the baby steps each day.

    Find what works for you and go forth and do great things.

    I weigh myself every morning. If I lose weight I'll log it. If I'm up a pound or whatever that is in the back of my mind all day long. It means I'll drink more water and cut my caloric intake a bit until I get back to my last low weight.

    My official weigh in is on Thursday morning. Sometimes I will weigh myself on Monday or Tuesday but I do not count it

    I have to do it every morning. It keeps me on my toes. I expect some fluxuation. Otherwise I lie to myself. This is the Face the Truth Show!
  • I weigh in same time once a week, usually a Monday morning before eating breakfast. As I'm nearly to my goal weight it keeps me in check. :-)
  • Thursday mornings I'm not seeing the results I want to though :( I follow my plan and I'm just not seeing it on the scale so I might stop weighing in.

    Usually every Monday morning though during the week if I have been ill overnight (possible unknown food intolerance) or my clothes feel different I'll weigh-in then as well and have a look

    I weigh in every day when trying to adjust weight up or down.
    I weigh in at least two or 3 times a week if maintaining.
    I always weigh in first thing in AM after bathroom and before eating or drinking anything. Most cosistent.
