"stuck" weight.. what do I do?

Hello.. I am new to this site but I am seeking advice. I am 5'4 and weigh 131lbs. I'm not overweight, but I am heavier than what I am comfortable with. I've always fluctuated around a healthy 120lbs, until last year after a series of accidents. I skydive and base jump recreationally, and suffered a severe broken leg. I went back ino the sport far too soon and was in another accident and ended up with a broken wrist. I've had no choice but to be sedentary for the last 8 months while my body recovered. Laying around for 8 months caused an 18lb weight gain. I started eating healthy again in December and lost 8lbs. At the beginning of January, I started Insanity, working out 6 days a week. I have not dropped a single ounce since starting. It is now the middle of February and Im feeling so discouraged. I eat super healthy, and I eat 5 small scheduled meals throughout the day. What am I doing wrong? This is so frustrating. Every night I go to bed weighing 133lbs and wake up 131. The scale never changes. I feel like I have been working so hard and pushing so hard for almost 2 months, and *nothing is happening. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Insanity is really hard on your body. Are you following the nutrition guide in the program?
Your diary is not open, so I can't say for sure, but I'd be willing to bet money that you are not eating enough, which is causing your body to feel strained and retain weight. With only a few lbs to lose, you should be aiming for no more than 0.5 lbs loss per week.
Also, did you take your measurements? Insanity does a lot to tighten your body and train your muscles. You should be seeing inches lost, if not lbs lost.0 -
how much are you eating? Have you calculated your BMR? Do you log your food accurately (weigh/measure)?0

Set MFP to lose half a pound a week, and eat all of your exercise calories.
Or, figure out your TDEE with your workouts included and take a 10% cut off of that.0 -
How long have you been tracking. weighing and measuring food?. You only started on this site this month.
Oh, and stop weighing yourself so often.0 -
You're doing nothing wrong...during my 55 pound weight loss from 220 to my new fighting weight of 165; I plateau'ed three times on the way down. The closer I got to goal the longer it took me to get off the plateau. I'm not a doc, dietician, or nitritionist; but...I can tell you what I had to do to get moving again. First...you're already pretty close to your fighting weight...just 10% over goal. Undoubtedly, you've used an app to determine what a safe calorie intake is to lose. I've seen that recommended number around 1250 for women and 1750 for men. I've also seen that if you do that intake and nothing else, generally, over time...you'll lose. You're working out...probably dumping 400-700 cals per insanity set? Anyway...if you're plateau'ed and not actually losing at a very, very small rate; rou need to vary that routine. Switch it up. Do two early, two late, and split the workout on two...maybe even go to a brisk walk or run/walk combo on two. Point is...you probably just need to vary you workout plan, and maybe even make two days a standard 3 meal day...for like...2 weeks. Finally, weigh early in the day; right after you get up and use the potty; weigh-in. do that time every day so youre consistent; having burned food overnight and dumping fluid (pee). Watch THAT number for 2 weeks and see what's really going on. I just averaged .2 pounds per week over 3 months. I thought I was plateau'ed...I was crawling down.0
