Does anyone have suggestions on a good yoga dvd? I am looking to add it to my workout but don't want to buy something that is poorly made or boring.

  Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga and Bob Harper's Yoga for the Warrior are both good power yoga routines.

  I like this one, but heaps are on youtube so maybe have a look at some there and see which you like best and buy the dvd.

  Try your local library so you can test a few. There are also free podcasts from Yoga Journal

  I was wondering this myself since i live in an apartment on the second floor but i dont have internet access at home so you tube is out.
