I am trying to see what is better. I can do 20 minutes of Zumba on my Xbox but trying to see if it would be better if I would do the 30DS..but I could probably only do it for like 5 or 6 minutes in the beginning.

    Why only 5 or 6 minutes? Do the whole thing, modify or take rests as needed. You only improve with practice.

    I havent done it yet, but jumping jacks and all of that other stuff will kill me (hopefully not really!) I doubt I can do the whole thing, but I will definitely try.

    The better workout would be the one that forces you to push the most, but that you can still do.
    As for calories, no idea.
