Under the calories every day can a person lose?

Can a person lose weight by going "UNDER" their calorie intake on a daily basis, that is listed in the diary. With little or no emphasis on the other things such as FAT,CARBS and SUGARS, ect.

Yes and no. I'll lean more towards the yes.
Something can be FAT FREE, but very high in sugar.
Try eating 1500 calories of sugar a day. Not the same as 1500 calories of chicken & veggies. It's not just calories, it's what you put in your body.
Calories are somewhat of an idiot proof way of doing it. If you eat too much low nutrient, high calorie food, you'll be hungry, so it'll force you to stay hungry, or adjust and get rid of the calorie vampires.0
