Need SUPPORT...I really did not do to well this last weekend! Bad me right? Hi my name is Tamilynn and I am looking for some friends that I can help support thru their journey and hoping to receive support too...I have been carrying this extra weight for approximately 30 years and really would like to gain my self-esteem back and become a stronger person.     I lost weight 2 years ago and have been struggling here of late. I dont want to go back and be heavy again. It is terrible not having anything to wear. I started tracking today, hope it helps. I was gettng back into eating too much again, did good today, we have to so we wont be depressed.
