This recipe is unbelievable. Not like any other I've tried that is for sure. 3/4 of them were gone as soon as they came out of the oven. How is that for self control

Wow - protein brownie AND it has no egg! (I'm allergic) This is a winning combo for me! Can I use almond milk instead of skim milk (also have a dairy issue)?0

Can someone else please make these and post pics. I want to see a comparison.
I was 100% serious with the texture of these. I swear if you gave these to a non calorie counter they would not know the difference.0 -
I would but I'm technically challenged .0

Not sure why, but I can't get to the recipe

I think I'll try them tonight... May sub almond meal or flax for the coconut flour, though.
May I ask why you use both peanut flour and natural PB? Is it for texture or just to lower fat/calories?0 -
Bump, wonder how this would be with sunflower butter. Hmmm. Worth a shot right?0

yes you can sub any flour you want really. I like coconut flour as I like the taste and it also is very high in fibre.
I used peanut flour (instead of oat flour) to make it more peanutty in taste as I also like that
I have no idea why people can't see the recipe. All the ingredients are right there and instructions underneath. Just copy and paste into browser.0 -
