This recipe is unbelievable. Not like any other I've tried that is for sure. 3/4 of them were gone as soon as they came out of the oven. How is that for self control :p

    Bump. Thanks Chris.
  • Those look amazing, thanks for sharing! I know what I'm making as soon as I get more protein powder (just ran out today :grumble: ) and find peanut flour...

    sure is.

That is optional btw. You can use any sort of flour you want but I wanted added peanut taste

Your recipe makes 8 serves right? What size pan are you using?

    It was about 20cm x 20cm I'd say.

Wow - protein brownie AND it has no egg! (I'm allergic) This is a winning combo for me! Can I use almond milk instead of skim milk (also have a dairy issue)?

Can someone else please make these and post pics. I want to see a comparison.

I was 100% serious with the texture of these. I swear if you gave these to a non calorie counter they would not know the difference.

I think I'll try them tonight... May sub almond meal or flax for the coconut flour, though.
May I ask why you use both peanut flour and natural PB? Is it for texture or just to lower fat/calories?
  • Bump, wonder how this would be with sunflower butter. Hmmm. Worth a shot right?

yes you can sub any flour you want really. I like coconut flour as I like the taste and it also is very high in fibre.

I used peanut flour (instead of oat flour) to make it more peanutty in taste as I also like that

I have no idea why people can't see the recipe. All the ingredients are right there and instructions underneath. Just copy and paste into browser.

Awesome. Sounds good. Also, most people on MFP can't do a simple Boolean search so don't take it personally... :noway:
