i tend to mess up in the end

So i have been keeping track and making sure I don't go over my macros. Throughout the day I'm good but at night I've noticed that I'm starting to make a habit of binging before going to bed. How can i overcome this problem?

    Being 100% honest as above the answer probably is "because I can", we all fall prone to this.

    It's a routine, you eat X at certain time, and when you remove that and try to diet - its like your "denying" yourself. Almost same mentality as smokers, quitting is denying themselves something good in their minds.

    But your NOT denying yourself anything, in fact by not binging your doing yourself good. Losing weight has a multitude of benefits and eating right means clearer skin, longer life, not being out of breath, fertility, many many more and also plain old looking good.

    Try to reprogamme your brain and tell yourself theres no denial, your breaking a habit, something you've programmed in there yourself, and who controls what you think? you do.
