I have been noticing lately that I have been getting stomach cramps lately and I've been having problems with my weight loss so I started researching online. I think I found my problem and its Crystal Light its causing lots of problems with many people. I know plain water is best for me, but I just can't drink it plain. Unless I just worked out . Is there anything else I can use to replace Crystal Light?

I know it's not really a sweetener, but have you tried adding lemon to your water? My favorite sweetener is honey, by far, but it can be hard to add to cold things without lots and lots and lots and lots of stirring, and if you're looking for a zero calorie addition, won't cut it for you.
You could try any of these!

If it's the aspartame bothering your stomach, you could try Mio instead. Still artificially sweetened, but uses sucralose and acesulfame K instead. I like the taste, myself.
Here's a breakdown of what's in it, if that helps: http://www.diet-blog.com/11/mio_the_new_crystal_light.php0 -
Stevia.. Its a base sweetener, but its good0

You should just get yourself used to drinking water without anything added, it's not that bad! If you really have to add something how about some ice cubes and a couple slices of fresh lemon and/or lime?0

Look around your store, there are a bunch of new mixes out with Stevia, which is natural.0

Truthfully i have been through ALL the sweetners. I dont care for the taste, and some make me nauseous, all give me extreme gas, even in sugar-free gum! I have had to give up on sweetners. I drink mainly water now with some grapefruit juice here and there and coffee with a touch of sugar. (PS, all sweetners are bad for your body anyways). Good luck with your venture. Its hard transitioning from yummy drinks to just water. In reference to the Mio flavoring, not the same for everyone, but it made both me and my fiancee extremely ill feeling in the stomach. Just FYI.0

Try liquid 'alcohol free' stevia..there should be no other ingredients in it..a miracle in a bottle if you like tea/coffee other drinks sweetened.0

IMO get off fake sweeteners and sugar in general. You just have to train yourself - force yourself! You could try making Oonlong tea in advance and have it chilled in the fridge (I love it in summer) if you really can't stand water. I used to be the same, I drank apple juice from a bottle as a kid (no joke) and have the worst sweet tooth. You'll grow to love water and how refreshed it makes you feel0
