tone and ripped without going to the gym?

I don't like to go to the gym. Maybe once every other week. I like working out at home.

I always read of how important lifting weight is.

If you have a great body without going to the gym. Could you please tell me your secret?

    Try something like insanity, p90x, ripped in 30 videos Etc. or you could get a bench set for home use because stronglifts 5x5 is great. You definitely can get a great body without ever stepping foot in a gym.

    Kind of funny to come across another from this tiny town!

    Eating right and body weight exercises. All you need.
  • Body weight! As well as (might sound obvious) but things around the house that are about the same weight that you could use for weights! :)

    Look at my profile pic. Not a bodybuilder but I think it's ok. All at home. My secret... none. Good eating and I use Beachbody's program. I did Insanity, P90X, and Body Beast. Is it the only way? No. It all depends on what you want.

    Do some sort of resistance training for your legs. It's very tough without any resistance though.

  • It looks like whatever you're doing at home is working! You look great! I recently cancelled my gym membership after I found Jillian a year ago. Hadn't been since! Also just got a weight set at home and excited to start lifting!
