So since a month ago Ive lost 6 lbs, but 10.5 inches, mainly with 3.5 off my hips and 2.5 off my waist. I would love to see pics of transformations from those of you who have lost less than 10 lbs but reshaped your body. I would like to get some inspiration to remember fit>skinny!

I might post mine later when I'm home - I've lost 10lbs since Jan. But I've also lost 5 inches off of my waist and 3inches off of my hips through weight lifting.
I don't think i look much different though, I've got a long way to go yet!0 -
Congrats on your transformation! If you want, you can friend me. I have a transformation picture under my profile pics. I lost 58lb over the last year, but 35inches! i lost 12 inches around my waist alone! I went from a size 18 to now i can wear some 8s.0

Exact same weight. Size 12 to size 6.
ETA - I started at a size 18, and lost 60ish lbs. the pic on the left is the day I hit my goal weight. The pic on the right is the same weight, but after heavy lifting.0 -

Wow! You are my inspiration to keep on lifting. You look incredible.0 -
Well done...I so wish I had taken photos and measurements when I started dieting in 2009. I lost 49lbs and went from a size 16 to an 8 to 10. Now at age 40 I am in far better shape than I was at 30. Am now concentrating on getting fit and toned with Kettercise, Jillian Michaels, running and weight training. Body Pump class tonight!0

This is inspiring, especially today as Im feeling poo about it all.
Im stuck on the same 9lbs I lost in first few weeks of Jan. I had lost inches at beginning of this month so I am hoping at the end of the month there will be even more inches off, even if the scales stay the same!!!0 -
Here is my picture. There is only a 7lbs difference. BF of first picture is 21.7 not 24.

No pictures but similar results...
3 years ago I was at 145 lbs wearing a size 10 jeans and s/m tops, probably about 30% BF, cardio and P90X were my main workouts.
The past year I have been about 170 lbs, wearing a size 10 jeans and s/m tops, probably about 25-26% BF, lifting and endurance running have been my main workouts.
<--- taken this morning, 166 lbs0 -
127lb in the left hand picture (before weight training), 125lb in the middle and the right hand pictures.

You ladies look amazing. Love this thread. The scale can be so deceiving.0

I posted a topic on this a few days ago! I've included a link to the post below but it's also my profile pic. The left picture is from January 2013 and the right picture is summer 2011. I weigh the exact same amount in both! This is what lifting has done for me

I agree! I've been getting so frustrated lately because my weight hasn't moved, but then I realized that I've lost 8 inches in the past month, so I must be doing something right!0

im so happy to see others focused on health and fitness rather than numbers on a scale!0
