My name is Ben. I am a college senior. I wrestled in high school and used to be in great shape. But once I got to college, I got fat and lazy! Last year I weighed 236 pounds (I'm 5'10") at my worst. I started trying to lose weight and I'm now down to 205. Just now joined, and I want to get down to about 170, and I'm hoping I this site can help. Any tips would be appreciated. Feel free to add.

I am trying to get back to my high school weight of 185. I've slacked off some since the holidays. Need to crack back down.
I count calories, measure my portions and drink plenty of water. Also I try to do some kind of exercise each day.

Thanks Mark! My high school weight was 145, and I NEVER want to get that low again! But 170 is a good goal for me based on BMI. I'll add you!0
