    organic short grain brown rice ONLY
    neither waffle or French toast (Don't eat them at all EVER)
    neither mashed potato or french fries (Don't eat them at all EVER)
    definitely CHERRIES! YUM (But only organic ones) Love them frozen!
    snickers for sure (but only as a treat once in a blue moon)
    definitely apple (but only organic ones and they must be fresh)
    LOVE coffee AND herbal teas (but don't drink them at all now)
    LOVE both asparagus AND spinach (but must be organic)
    neither peanut butter OR caramel (don't eat either)
    air popped popcorn (must be organic)
    neither hot dog OR hamburger (don't eat them at all)
    dried apricots
    huh?
    chicken noodle soup (only organic home made)
    honey mustard!
    neither thin mints or caramel delights (YUK)

    snickers or twix - Twix

    apple or banana - Apple. I HATE BANANA'S! I don't like the texture when it's in my mouth or smell

    coffee or tea - Tea, typhoo tea

    asparagus or spinach - not a fan of either but If i had to choose one at a meal time it would be Spinach..

    peanut butter or caramel - Peanut Butter, Crunchy though not smooth.
