Hey great job on the 68lbs! That's amazing! Okay, I have not hit really a plateau yet, but this is some advice I have read on the subject:

-If you are working out similarly every day, maybe try to change it up to keep your body guessing
-Weight lifting can help in losing inches and can help lose weight
-I am not sure how many calories you eat now, but sometimes eating more calories can speed up weight loss
-I believe there are some people who reach a plateau also fast for certain periods of time to get going again
-Focus on what you are eating, not just how much and eat more protein rich foods

I am sure you will start losing again soon!

From your profile pic, it looks like you don't have much to lose. If so, have you changed your deficit to reflect that? Maybe take a break and eat at maintenance for a while then cut at a smaller deficit (250 a day or so).

i want to loose another 15-17 to be at my goal weight. It seems like it is the hardest. Thanks for the tip. I am going to try that :)

I can't see your diary but how I overcame my 3-month plateau was to keep my sodium below 2300mg and change up my work-out to give my body a little something different.

I would suggest setting your weekly goal to 0.5 to 1lb/week at the most, and eat back cals burned from exercise. The less you have to lose the smaller your deficit should be.

Starting a weight lifting program broke the plateau for me. I don't know what you did to get where you are, good job though, but perhaps to need to adjust your calories or intensify/change your exercise program.
