P90X Vs Insanity

My big bro is working harder for a perfect body. He is currently doing JM Ripped in 30 and all that we have are 30 DS and RI30 at the moment.

I am looking forward to gift him a good DVD set which gives him more variety and challenge in his workouts.

Can anyone please suggest which is the best? P90X or Insanity.

    i HAVE TRIED P90X...ITS AWESOME! I HAVE HEARD INSANITY IS FATHER OF P90X,,,,,, SO IF HE IS HARDCORE WORKOUT BUFF GO FOR INSANITY!

    He will build a better body with p90x. Insanity is more Cardio Based and you will get great results also!

    To me p90x is better because it uses weights. But Insanity is non stop go hard cardio with some body strength training.

    If he like Cardio more go with insanity. ( Insanity is more modern day type video style while p90x is old school VSH type video and old cheesy background music. Both come in DVD version)
