I work out at home. My cardio is just walking or running outside. I go halfway out, then turn back. So I guess my motivation to finish is the fact I have to get home before I can take a break :laugh:
I like to use the example story of the girl that swam halfway around then world, got tired and turned back :glasses:
Oh, and when the main theme of the Avengers plays, that makes me feel awesome. That helps too xD0 -
