I achieved my weight loss with a mix of cardio and strength training. As well as activities such as hiking and kayaking. Diet consist ot veggies, protein ie. Fish, chicken, ground turkey. I incorporated carbs here and there, but tried to stay away. Only ate good carbs. I allowed myself a cheat day once a month. Kept me sane for sure allowing myself at least that. :-)0
