Is this a decent workout routine?

I run 27-28 minutes on the elliptical 6 times a week. Than I alternate everyother day between the 30 day shred and some yoga on the wii..On saturdays I do nothing because I take a kickboxing class....Is this too much?

    I wouldn't say it's too much but I'd say it's not varied enough. I'd throw in some strength training days to alternate with cardio days. Your body will become accustomed to the same workout and stop getting results without variation. Great dedication though! The elliptical can be tough!
  • The yoga actually has some strength training in there, and so does the 30 day shred. I am doing the 30 day everyday, I am more or less just doing it for the strength moves. She really kicks my butt lol
