Tired ALL THE TIME

Here I go...putting myself out there:

I'm Mandye, wife and working mom of twin girls who are 6 and a son who is 8. I'm 4' 11" and weight around 170. I've never been this big and NOT pregnant. I'm embarrased to go out. I feel like I'm huffing and puffing all the time. I've started snoring, which I've NEVER done before. My genes are against me. I come from a family of women who carry their weight in their middle, and that's exactly what I do, too. It's hard to find clothes that fit and even harder to find the energy to do anything about it. I'm literally tired ALL THE TIME. My house is a mess and when I get home I try to muster the energy to get the kids fed and ready for the next day before crashing. In the past I've been on Adipex at least two full times and lost down to my goal each time, but when the pills go away, I'm tired again and I stop all my good habits. I also really like food. Like, alot. I like rich, southern cooking with lots of cream cheese and butter. Most things that are healthy don't taste good to me. It's hard. I enjoy working out if I make myself do it, but finding the energy and time to do it is a big problem. I'm typically not a negative person. I've always been a glass half full kind of girl, but my weight and energy level is really starting to get me down. I'm depressed. Something has to give. I've known about this community for a while now, but had no clue how easy it was until today. I've got the ap on my phone and I've already started entering my daily meals. It really does make a difference to see it on paper/screen/whatever. I've already reached out to many of my FB and RL friends on here, so I hope they are ready to keep me accountable!!! Lord knows, I'll need it. Did I mention I LOVE food?
