Support for exercise

Options
I am sitting here at work where we find the time to do 500-600 push ups a day.. We are in computer support
so we do them between issues.
What usually happens after lunch is that its hard to stay motivated to do the last couple hundred over the
course of a couple hrs.. Thats where the support comes in. Having other guys around that push me and I push
them is essential.
At the gym the same thing with the group classes.. You get use to seeing the same happy faces as well as
the bodies that become stronger over time.. You need support because on your own its just so mentally draining
to lose or maintain your weight.

NO I have no credentials just voicing an opinion.

Are you qualified to give this sort of advise?

Kidding. I agree. Sadly my coworkers bring cookies.
