Heavy lifting- How much change can I expect in 3 months?

I have had my gym membership on hold but it will come off March 1st and I wanted to get back to trying to do a heavy lifting program. I only have it for 3 months.
How much change can I expect in 3 months? I was trying Stronglifts 5x5 before....would my results be better with another program?
Any other heavy lifters have any 3 month progress pictures they can share?

I don't have pictures, but I've seen changes in 3 weeks. I got ~significantly~ tighter. I use StrongLifts 5x5.0

Looking to tone up, especially in the stomach and thigh area. Lower BF0

Then eat at a calorie deficit and do any program.0 -
I am finishing up a 3 month heavy lifting program this week. Before this I was extreamely spotty with my gym attendance/workouts. The scale has not moved in 3 months, BUT ... I am stronger than I have ever been in my life. My clothes are looser and I have muscle definition (calves, quads, glutes and triceps especially). If your goal is to see the scale go down, it will take longer than 3 months. If your goal is to feel better and look better without having your self-worth tied to a scale, go for it - lift something heavy.0

3 months is a pretty long time. If you're eating at a small deficit and getting adequate protein, lifting will help maintain LBM while you lose fat. You might not lose much weight but you could see a good amount of recomposition and loss of inches.
Stronglifts is a good program too. Plenty of people see great progress with it.0 -

Thanks, I am not concerned with weight loss since I am at goal. More toning/lower BF
Congrats on your success !0 -
Depends on what your starting point is. If your profile picture is current, you're already quite lean and look spectacular. There's not that much room for improvement.
But I was quite amazed at the difference I had in just 2 months of using free weights: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/744311-free-weights-vs-machines-holy-crap0 -
