I eat alot of chicken, I am looking for some new ideas for marinading Chicken. I use fat free Italian dressing, Mrs.Dash w/ a little bit of Olive oil, ground black pepper and fresh garlic and cilantro, the grill master spices and lawry marinades. I watch the labels somewhat, if it has alot of sugar or sodium I tend to stay away from it, but if the fat content is low I will use it, because I figure the rest of my meal is usually fresh veggies.
Thanks!

Sometimes I use red curry paste, garlic, dijion mustard, and a little soy. The chilies in the curry paste are good for your metabolism. I also do a lot of lemon pepper seasoning as well to avoid the sodium.

This is the marinade we use for chicken fajitas. It tastes great and you don't have to just make fajitas with it!

    2 tablespoons olive oil
    zest of one lime
1-2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, to taste
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    ½ teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

This makes more than enough for 1 pound chicken.
Whisk ingredients together untill well blended and pour into plastic bag. We add sliced chicken breast when we use it for fajitas or whole breast if we are just going to eat it as is. Marinade for 2-3 hours for sliced chicken, maybe 4 hours for whole breast.
This also works for flank steak and the peppers and onions if you do make fajitas.
