Healthiest is all the veggies I keep for my lunch salads. Carrots, celery, cabbage, lettuce, spinach, what have you.
Unhealthiest is all of my roommates food :P Although we do share the low-sodium bacon, so that's probably it.0 -
Healthy -- all the fresh fruit and veggies I bought yesterday. Yogurt, and milk, too. Water.

The healthiest would be my Spinach, kale, tofu, eggs, greek yogurt.
Unhealthiest: well I avoid buying unhealthy items ebcause i know they'll be gone in one sitting. So I guess my Kashi go Lean cereal (and only because of the amount of sugars) or my peanut butter?0 -
