    I don't have any pictures....of the before, but what do you all think is the perfect/idea weight for 5'7!!!!!!!!!?
  • I will come back to this and post pictures when I'm not on my iPad! I'm 5'7 128lbs down from 185 at my very heaviest (excluding pregnancy - 212)

    I'm like 5'7.5...I started on Jan. 4th! I was 218 and now I'm 186

    Love all the pics and you ladies look amazing! Posts like this along with the wonderful MFP community is a HUGE part of the reason I was able to meet and exceed my weight loss and fitness goals. On that note, I will post my before and after pics as well and who knows, maybe they will inspire and encourage some of you all! I am 5"6" by the way.

    < --- I only have this pic in my profile. It's just me at maintenance, so I guess it's my "after". I have a digestive disorder and use MFP mostly to keep my weight up and make sure I maintain my lean mass. I'm 5'7" and 130 pounds.
