Chicken Fingers - Great Dinner

Had to share (and save for myself)!

Preheat grill or broiler .

Combine approx 2 tbsp each of chili powder, cumin & garlic in a bowl. Press and rub this spice mixture over 1 lb chicken tenders. Place chicken in a baking pan, cover with cooking spray; let stand 10 mins. Place chicken on rack and broil for 15 mins.

Served with a sauce made of an equal mix of NF sour cream and LF Mayo, and a packet of ranch dressing mix. I added to that a little dill, garlic and diced green onion. (Well, I had them handy.) You'll want the cool sour cream dip, because those chicken tenders are spicy!

We served with braised cabbage. Yummmmmm, and low calorie!

    I actually have chicken out for dinner and was going to make the full fat chicken tenders for the kids and myself a freakin salad :( BUTT now I think I will do this and give it a try sounds GREAT..but why is everyone saying "bump" LOL what does that mean?
