My progress so far :)

Back in January I got the flu and ended up losing 9 lbs in about 4 days. As terrible as that was, I was in the 130s for the first time since junior high. Being 5'9, I know my weight should be anywhere between 120-160ish, give or take. I used to be an athlete all through school but since college (I'm now a senior) I haven't stepped foot on a court, gym, or track. Although I wasn't large, I could tell that my athletic muscles were now cushioned by a layer of couch-potato fat that made me feel bigger than I was at 145 lbs. I also have asthma so that made me feel especially embarrassed to no longer be able to run like I used to.
So, after my flu went away, I decided to take my health into my own hands and eat clean, work out, and just be more health-conscious in general. I'm still a newbie in all possible ways but with every day I'm learning more about myself, my body, food, and fitness, and I'm excited to see what I'll look like a month, 6 months, a year from now
Stats:
HW: 161
SW: 148
CW: 136
GW: 120-125 (fatloss)
UGW: 135 with lower body fat percentage
Measurements: 32-25-38
Here's my general before and after.
This link shows my weight the past 6 months (too big to post) and you can tell how simply losing weight the unhealthy way shows up terribly on your body.

This is today (2/13) with my total weightloss being 13 lbs, and my old yoga pants no longer fit me. I do currently have pneumonia so I can't go to the gym and my weightloss is not healthy, but I can't wait to get back on track. Good luck to everyone else!!

I find my height to be a kind of advantage since it makes me look much skinnier than I am, especially when fully clothed. But thank you! You keep yup the good work, too, you've gotten so much farther than me!0

You look incredible. So lean, toned, and fit! Gives me inspiration to get down to the 130s (5'9.5 and 144 right now).0
