    I ruined my date with body pump this evening by hurting my knee. I hope it goes away soon. I guess a nice long walk might be a good replacement.

    I tried to get a date* with my trainer, but he's working his other job tonight. Valentine's Day is the night you're guaranteed to deal at least once with the guy who walks in with his girlfriend to find his wife already there, having drinks at the bar with her boyfriend...
