stuck on 8 lbs for 3 weeks !!!

I'm following " The Plan " and I am on day 32 this way of eating has helped me so much with
creating new habits and introducing me to foods and spices that I never thought possible.
My problem is that I think Im following as closely as I can, but cannot get to my mini goal
of 10 lbs by Feb. 24. Long term goal is 25 lbs. by May. ( up coming daughter's wedding in Sept. )
I aim for 1200 calories and work out 3 - 4 times a week. Any Advise Thank you.

Hello... 8lb in 3 weeks is good just over 2lb a week, but I understand you frustration! If your a very active person and attend the gym 3-4 times a week 1200 calories maybe to low.. its borderline starvation mode especially if you exercise is still to be deducted id aim to up your calories by 100 a day! I was doing it at 1300 calories and excrcising my weight loss stopped im now on 1450 and its started up again! (85lb ish to loose)0
