I'm so glad I started and finally went to the gym 
Even though I've plateaued a bit, and haven't seen much progress according to the scale for a few weeks...it's hard to argue with this!
Don't know how to resize the image, so if you right click and select view image, you can see the pic from today...the initial pic was 10/6 or so (about a month after starting to go to the gym), and the second is from today (2/14).
