Does anyone have a good workout for a beginner? Something I can do everyday?
I tried 30 day shred but I just get too bored doing it.

I began walking and then runing with something similar to the couch to 5k app (I used runkeeper.com app and training plan) because I did not think I could do much else.
I discovered, however, that I should be heavy lifting in order to look more fit, instead of just thin. So, I suggest you try out a weight training routine - I used the New Rules for Lifting for Women book and training plan. You can get it on amazon.0 -
I'm pretty beginner. I'm walking for 30 minutes every other day (along with a few push ups, crunches and hand weight exercises) and doing week 1 day 1 of the couch to 5 k program (until I can do that all the way, then I'll move up)
Just do what you can, even if it's only a 5 minute walk, it's still more than what you use to do. Build up from there0 -
If the 30 Day Shred is too hard, Jillian Michaels also has beginner videos, Frontside and Backside, that are a little easier but still get you going in the right direction...0

Light cardio to moderate. walking, lil jogging every once in awhile. go to the store and walk around the whole store twice before leaving. get a WII, theyre all sorts of work out games, its awesome0

Walking. You will be surprised how many calories you will burn.
Try to find somewhere you can lose yourself for a few hours.0 -
Try Tony Horton's 10 minute workout for Dr Oz, on Dr Oz's website. Then graduate up to his p90x workouts. Its on utube too. Good luck...0

5/3/1 and you could do some accessory lifts or cardio on the off days0

Do you know where I can find those videos?0 -
The best recommendation I would give someone is to think about the activity you like most (no couch potato does not work) and do it. One person I know remembered she liked to jump, she bought a mini trampoline and started to run in place on it. After running for a set period of time she would just have fun jumping. A half hour went by in no time. If you have a dog commit to a half hour walk together everyday around the same period of time. The dog will start and remind you if you forget pretty quickly.0

Just remember to change your exercise routine every 3 weeks or so to keep from getting "stuck", where you csn't lose in weight because your body has adjusted to the routine. I read everything I can about exercise and weightloss.
