Had a bad day... but still getting there :)

Today I ate every sweet that came within reach (which I'm ashamed to say has been quite a bit with Valentine's Day). It's not my rest day yet I still skipped the gym. I began to put myself down and feel really guilty. Despite my bad day, I suddenly realized it doesn't change anything as long as I don't let it. It may slow me down but at least I'm still going! I decided to make my first comparison photo to remind me of how far I've come and what I'm capable of. Nothing is more motivating! Look at your before pictures when you're feeling down and be proud! I know I am

You look great and have come so far! I'm having half of a bad day as well. Not too many sweets, so tempting though. I skipped the gym today as well when I shouldn't, but I came to the same realization. One bad day is only one. It won't be the case tomorrow and it wasn't the case yesterday, so it won't bring me down. Thanks for your post, you are not alone!0

What a great way to look at it! You'll have bad days once in a while, and I think that NOT having those is a common reason for quitting "dieting" altogether. The important thing is not letting one day throw your whole system off track, and getting back on top of things after that day. I had a bad day myself on Tuesday, and was right back on it on Wednesday.
Nice job -- you're doing fantastic. And your progress is very inspiring -- you look gorgeous in your pictures!0 -
I took "fat tuesday" to the extreme (candy, cake, dought). Hey we fall off out diet every now and then but we keep pushing ahead. You look awesome, you apparently have alot more healthy days than bad ones. Keep it going and be very proud of yourself.0

Your looking great and your hard work is clearly paying off. Definitely more good days than bad there. Dont sweat it.0
