Is there a number you freak out over if you're in the red

            Not lately because I know that if I ate it I really did need it. But I'm very strict with what I eat now, too. There are just no snacky foods left in my life.0

            I never worry about any red numbers.0

            I am not happy at all if i go over carbs, but I'm diabetic. None of the other macros are as important to me0

            the red numbers don't bother me. I occassionally see them, but only occassionally, so it is ok.0

            The red numbers terrify me! :frown: But I think I am okay unless it is 200 hundred +.0

            Well my daily burn (just from life, not including workouts) is 1,890 and my goal is 1,397 net.
So I do try my best to stick with that but I don't get TOO concerned unless I'm 500 cals over and eating more then I'm burning.
I also try to watch my carbs and fat but don't really get concerned unless they're in the red AND I'm over 1,397. I try to eat as much protein as I can so I only worry about that if I'm UNDER my daily goal.0 - 
            mainly if fat is in the red but lately i worry more on carbs...0

            As long as your calorie number is green more often then it is red.....

            I have that number on the scale...
I haven't lost in awhile, I hoover... so I have my hoover range and when I exceed it, I panick0 - 
            Only when the last thing I added DOUBLED my total calories for the whole day. Then I realized I entered it wrong.0

            I'm pretty excited when my proteins gets in the red

            Saturated fat, I guess? I wouldn't say I freak out exactly, but my dietician has me on an extremely low allowance of that, so I watch it like a hawk.0
