Cheat day?

I just finished work and decided to get breakfast on the way home, and now realised I've racked up 900 calories. I don't plan on eating loads, but I know i'm gonna go over today. Feel a bit disappointed with myself, but as long as I record everything it's cool right? I may even sneak in an extra session at the gym to make up for it.

    it is alright ...if you have had 2000 calories today you could fast tomorrow and feel great Saturday morning...I fast often and have read much about it....people have a poor opinion of fasring when truly our bodies have been fasting for thousands and thousands of years....just a suggestion if you feel too guilty...or eat much less tomorrow.
