    Feel free to add me as well. I think you'll find my situation as similar as individual situations can get -- my baby daughter was a huge motivation for me to get back on and lose for good this time. :)

    Hi all. I could definitely use some help in staying accountable. I'm trying to do this without my family/friends. Any help/advice/support/encouragement would be great! I'm great at motivating others but so much myself.

    Hi everyone, I have fallen off the wagon again and have put on 7lbs this month... Sweet things are my downfall, does anybody have any tips or have any foods that will curb the cravings? Would be really great to keep in contact with some of you for support x
