how bad would two 12oz beers deyhdrate me after...????

drinking over 120 oz's of water earlier in the day ???? anyone know

    I don't think it will dehydrate you too bad. When i have alcohol of any kind, I drink water before and after............

    That's so funny, because that was my dinner last night. I rarely go out after work and I drank a lot of water through the day and then 2 beers at the bar. When I got home I had about 3 glasses of water and was fine.

    I am going to a Spring Fest Beer tasting tonight/chili cookoff. I am going to try to drink 3-4 liters throughout today - hope that helps.
