10 NSVs and 1 Scale victory

I have been keeping track of these in my head, and it's time to share....

1) I’m using belt holes I didn’t even know I had…
2) Do feet get fat? I guess so because my shoes seem bigger
3) The skinny clothes in the back of the closet I kept for when I lose weight are too big for me
4) My wedding ring slipped off when I was drying off after the shower.
5) My belt buckle doesn’t poke me in the belly when I sit down any more
6) I shave with a straight razor, and I have to change the way I shave because I now have cheek bones.
7) I haven’t run a race yet, but I ran my first 5k this morning without stopping
8) I can use my older ties (the ones that aren’t “long”)
9) My blood sugar is completely normal
10) I SLEEP SOOOOOO WELL (without snoring, so my wife tells me)!

I have lost over 35 lbs from my heaviest last year, and 22 lbs since Jan 1st. I am on the edge of being into the 240s by .8 lbs which is the lowest I've been in over 5 years.

    Thank you, I still have long way to go but these little NSVs make it easy to keep working!
