go to fat2fit. There are calculators there. It helps!!0

BMR is the most basic of any of these calculations...basically it is an estimate based on your sex, age, weight, and height. I like the one at fat2fit radio.com...just google it...it gives you the option to also enter your BF% for a more accurate measure.
Though it's an estimate, I've found most BMR calculators to be fairly accurate unless you have an underlying medical condition that would affect your BMR....early onset menopause or other hormone imbalances...and some medications interfere with metabolism (took me awhile to figure that one out for myself).0
