BUTT/GLUTES

I have been working out and eating so much healthier. Losing weight. Fitting into my pre-pregnancy clothes. Yesterday was Valentines day and i thought i would dress in something cute for my hubby. i took some photos so i could see what i look like. i was SHOCKED to see that even though i'm losing pounds/inches, my butt is FAR from pretty. maybe its after having my kids, or who knows what, but i did not like what i saw on the back side. does anyone have any recomendations for DVD's that work the glutes?

    I only left out deads because she didn't specify whether or not she actually has access to a gym. Squats and lunges can provide some benefits with no added weight. Deadlifts...eehhh...not so much.

    But yes, if you have access to weights, definitely deadlift. :D

    I am going to agree with the squats, lunges and deadlift suggestions and throw another one in called the glute bridge.

    Hip thrusts are what finally got my glutes going. Squats weren't achieving the results I wanted but I love them :)

    Just need to work the muscles around your butt a bit more :) You can raise it up and make it more perky haha.

    One Leg Glute Bridges
    Butt Kickers
    Stair Climbing (till your legs feel like jelly, I kid you not)

    These are the ones I use probably the most, there are tons of ways to boost your booty including the workout program called Brazillian Butt Lift!

    I am allll about the side butt saddlebaggy area.... Hate hate hate it!!! In No More Trouble Zones Jillian does the old school leg lifts for this outer area and it BURNS- between this and running I have seen my butt lift a bit and cellulite decrease! My butt looking good naked is literally probably my biggest weight loss goal so I totally know how you feel!!

    this is my problem, the cellulite came out. i never saw it before. lol.

    i will try the lunges and squats more.
