Skinny Dip Noodles??

Has anyone tried these? I am really bad about pasta and just love it. Are these any good? I'd love to find an alternative! Thanks!

    You may have seen them called Miracle Noodles.

    I have tried the thin spaghetti, fetticini, and a "spinach" based type spaghetti. They have an entirely different consistancy from regular pasta, almost plant like (it is mushroom based). No good at all for any italian dish, great for ramen and asian based recipes. It is a little pricey, and there is a lot of chewing involved, but if you like asian cuisine, these are great.
