Hey guys!
So on Monday, Feb 11. I started doing les mills combat and brazil butt lift.
It is 2-hour workout per day, 6 day per week and I gotta say I love it and hate it at the same time. I am almost finished with my first week and my muscles ache like crazy
Is anybody else doing those programs or have tried them?
What do you thing about them? Did you get the results that you expected?

I am doing Les Mills Pump and Les Mills Combat. I love them both. I just started about 3 1/2 weeks ago and I am starting to see definition in my arms and legs already. Not a lot but I can notice it. I feel a lot stronger too. I am using heavier weights with Pump than the ones they use though. I am using 25-40 lbs depending on the exercise I am doing. I am really excited about this program. I think this is just what I needed. I love lifting weights but I was always lifting only up to 10 lbs before and from what I hear you should lift heavier to see really good results so only time will tell!! Good luck to you!
Oh and I have Brazil Butt Lift too but I just couldn't get into that one for some reason.0 -
I have both.... Brazil Butt Lift, not a fan of the cardio disc and the guy gets a bit annoying... but I definitely did see a lift in the rear when I did it... and Combat is awesome!!!!0

Oh yes this Brazilian guy can really get annoying, but I find it great as a morning workout, since it is not too intense.
For the Combat I still don't know how I feel about it) Because never before did I have to do anything with martial arts so this is really out of my comfort zone. I am feeling quite disoriented sometimes haha
But I think I like it, or at least am getting there!
