What are good 'light' workouts?

I normally do 30DS and 6W6P on the weekdays sometimes a pilates workout.

Currently I have a terrible headache.... (my pup is super sick... she's got to go in for a biopsy tomorrow morning, she may cancer in her GI tract). I'm stressed and grinding my teeth.

I would like to workout but nothing something too hard... as I have a terrible headache boarding on migraine.

What do you do on days you feel like that?
