Sorry to lower the tone a tad!
Just want some opinions, from the boys really (I assume the girls don't give a damn as we all look the same...)
When i'm doing a weights day at the gym, i *hate* wearing a sports bra as i really feel the constriction across the chest and shoulders. And as long as i don't start jumping about, it's ok. HOwever I've caught myself in the mirror and realised there's a lot more on display than really needs to be... feel a bit self conscious but nobody's staring that i can see. Does it put people off?

    be comfortable, you will be more likely to keep returning to the gym. That and i don't think the fellas are complaining.

    The vast majority of the support of your bra should come from the band underneath the breasts, so it shouldn't really be too constrictive on your shoulders. What sort of sports bra do you wear?

    If they have enough mental alertness and time to be looking at your outfit, then they aren't working hard enough themselves.

    Are those yoga shirts (they look like tank tops but have some support built in) as constricting? Being a guy I don't know these things, but I see a lot of people wearing them. Yeah, apparently I am not working hard enough...
