Weight Loss Committment Contract

Options
Saw this on the internet, just a written contract to add to your accountability and make a promise to someone you care about. I made one for my wife - probably the main reason I'm trying to losing weight. Simple document just a written contract you can paste it around the house (for me it's the mirror in the bathroom). My wife carries it around with her and every time I'm going to eat at McDonalds, she reads it...funny but its motivation, a promise is a promise. Copy it, paste it into Word, and modify it to your needs, I would suggest to get more detailed on how much weight you want to lose. Good luck.

My sister and I created one and we signed it. It was serious and comical, added in little things that we were specifically looking for. I have mine on my fridge and a mini one in my wallet. For me, it has actually turned out to be a good little helper, more than I thought it would. Hope yours helps!
