in Success Stories
Started at a total of 235 pounds and I'm now down to 183 - 52 pounds lost and 33 left to go. Then I maintain that weight for the rest of my life!
Here's a face comparison, this new life style is working and I couldn't be more happy with my results!

    Officially started March of 2012! Of course I've had my weeks where I wanted to throw it all away but you just have to keep pushing through - you will get there if you don't give up. "Keep swimming" :)

    We have about the same original start weight and goal weight. I started at 236, lost 60 lbs, had a baby, went back up to 213, and now have dropped down to 168. My goal weight is also 150 (ish, we'll see how I look and feel once I'm there). I'm guessing you're around my height, 5'8"?
